Stacking the Shelves (#143)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, September 13th to Saturday, September 19th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

A notebook from the promotion for Legacy of Kings by Eleanor Herman

Thank you so much, Paper Lantern Lit!

Thank you, Penguin Random!

THANK YOU, RACQUEL!!!!! She is basically the nicest and got me my favorite adult romance novel EVER, signed/personalized by the author! AHHH!

Brazen swag (poster, bookmarks, sticker)

Thank you, Christina! I'm loving Brazen so far. Check out my blog tour post on Tuesday!

Thank you, Berkley! I love Jasinda and cannot wait to read this book.

An ARC! Of Bitterblue! Thank you so much, Kelli! If anyone ever sees any Fire or Graceling ARCs...

Thank you, Macmillan! These are the three I chose from their catalog. Trying to restrain myself!

A First in Line tote bag

I won the tote bag from Vivian's giveaway! Thank you, Cassie and Vivian! The ARC was a surprise - believe it or not, this is my THIRD Illuminae ARC (all paperback ARCs, sadly). I loved the book though! :D

From Edelweiss:

So excited to have this! This was literally the ONLY Harper galley I downloaded, of the two uploads they made this week.

Basically, I will read anything by Sarah Fine. I've read all of her published books (with the exception of Burn, which I do have now!)

I am exhausted! But doing okay. Busy week, but I can't complain too much. How are you all? :)

    1. RIGHT?! The first thing I thought of.

When you're awake until 2-3 am and have to be up by 7:30-8:00 am... trust me, NO ONE is a morning person at that point.

  11. Ooh! Great haul :) It's awesome you got an ARC of Bitterblue. Admittedly, I've only read Graceling but the rest of Cashore's books are high on my TBR! Also, I'm so very excited to read Illuminae when it releases :) Enjoy your books (P.S. it's so cool you have all of Sarah Fine's books! I love, love, love her writing. Of Metal and Wishes was AMAZING)

    1. Fire! You MUST read Fire! It is my favorite. Also you should totally binge on Sarah's books - Of Dreams and Rust was probably just as great as Of Metal and Wishes, if not better. Her Guards of the Shadowlands series was superb, and her adult romance books! Gah! Basically Sarah Fine is TALENTED. :D

  18. You had a pretty sweet week! I just finished The Orphan Queen and I am SO excited for The Mirror King now! I think The Killing Jar sounds really neat, I requested it on Netgalley so we'll see how that goes! I'm excited for Illuminae, I finally just read a summary of it. Everyone seems to love it so that's basically why I wanted to read it before! But great haul you got here! I didn't get ANYTHING last week! Haha!

    1. I'm saying! I hope you get access to The Killing Jar! I'll be giving away one of my ARCs of Illuminae next month, fyi. It's too bad that you didn't get anything last week, Cyra! Maybe everything is coming this week. ;)

  19. I also got The Mirror King eARC (thanks to Jodi, otherwise Harper would have never approved me...) and you know how bad my restrain is, so already read (and loved!) it!
I requested Impostor Queen, so I'm doing the pretzel to get approved!
So many awesome books in the mail! If I ever see someone with a Fire or Graceling ARC I'll let you know for sure!
