Swoon Thursday (#32): A Little Too Far by Lisa Desrochers

Swoon Thursday is a hot meme hosted by the fabulous ladies at YA Bound!

- From the book you’re currently reading, or one you just finished, tell us what made you SWOON. What got your heart pounding, your skin tingling, and your stomach fluttering

- Try to make the swoon excerpt 140 characters (or less), if you are going to tweet about it. Use the hashtag #YABOUND when tweeting

This week, my swoon is from A Little Too Far by Lisa Desrochers!

He closes his eyes and blows out a shaky breath. "Why can't I stop wanting you?"

In one deft motion, he spins me against the wall and slides my thong down. I kick it off and wrap my legs around his waist as he presses me between his rock-hard body and the wall. He crushes his mouth to mine, and his tongue slashes between my lips and takes possession of me. An animal groan purrs deep in his throat and totally undoes me. My pulse pounds in my ears and throbs between my legs, and any inhibitions I had evaporate like fog in a stiff breeze.

I usually dislike New Adult contemporary romance books I read (I mean, look at Wait For You and No Attachments!), but I really enjoyed this book! Read my review to find out why this one was different for me ;)

I haven't picked up Wait For You yet. Not sure I will. I like JLA writing style with Lux, but I'm not sure on her NA. Guess time will tell. ;)

    1. Doesn't it?! This is a hothothot scene that's not nearly long enough ;) I didn't like WFY at all, and Frigid was a tiny bit better. If you do read them, I hope you like them!

But I REALLY hope you like A Little Too Far, Kelsey :D
