My Favorite YA Books with Forbidden Romance

Happy Friday, bibliovores! Today is another day in which I didn't feel like writing/posting a review, but did feel like posting something... so I'm doing another favorites post! You can check out my other favorites posts in a previous posts (for example). 

Here are some of my favorite YA books with forbidden romance! I loooove forbidden romance. This isn't all of the books (there are so many that I love!), and you'll have to stretch the word "forbidden" for one or two of them, but it's a good list!

I need more forbidden romances in YA contemporary! There are lots of paranormal and fantasy here. Recommendations are appreciated!

    I always think of it as the Romeo and Juliet syndrome or class romances like some of these. It's definitely a fun element to build conflict around. I've only read a few, but I'm familiar with many of them. Good picks, Alyssa! Happy Friday!

    I love the Frostblood books, they are soooo good! I heard great things about Angelfall when the books were coming out, hopefully I'll get to reading them at some point.

    Forbidden love is one of my favorite things in books. I just can't help but love it and root for the couples. City of Bones is one of my favorites.

    I am racking my brain for a contemporary forbidden romance, and all that keeps popping into my head are those step brother books. Maybe The Impossibility of Us, because it's sort of a modern times Romeo and Juliet. Things We Know by Heart, falling for the boy, who has your dead boyfriend's heart. Say You'll Remember Me, the convict and the governor's daughter.
