I just need to rant for a moment - I want it to be summer! Forget this 900th winter we're having! Why am I still wearing my winter coat?! I want to have that dry-cleaned and stored in my closet until October. Goodness, is that too much to ask for?! In 10 days it will be MAY! *forever bitter about the 7-month-long winter we're having*

A very nice package of HarperCollins Summer 2018 ARCs! Including My Plain Jane, A Thousand Beginnings and Endings, Heart of Thorns, Mariam Sharma Hits the Road, Heretics Anonymous, Crossing the Line, Contagion, Toil & Trouble, These Rebel Waves, and The Bird and the Blade.
Thank you, Harper! I think I'm most excited about A Thousand Beginnings and Endings. It's an anthology of stories based on Asian legends, written by Asian authors. I'm a fan!

Wow, what a nice haul of books from HarperCollins! The only two I am familiar with are Contagion and These Rebel Waves because I have review copies of those, and I'm crossing my fingers they will be good!

I was just saying yesterday, how nice it would be to ditch the winter coat. --sigh-- I fear we will have no spring this year, and it is one of my favorite seasons. Nice haul by the way. I am looking forward to a bunch of those titles.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile here in Belgium this week it was the hottest April EVER. Next week the weather will go back to normal but this week was like a preview of summer. I'm not looking forward to it. lol

This has been a harsh winter for much of the country for sure, I'm sorry its still so cold! My daughter is going to Boston next weekend and im pretty sure its still cold there too!❄
ReplyDeleteOoh Contagion looks amazing. I think I need to add that one. And yes about winter- seriously?? It's been horrible, although it's FINALLY supposed to warm up here. A bit. Not nearly enough. Anyway- have a great weekend!
