Thank you, Bloomsbury and SMP! I read Ex-Con and posted my review on Friday. It was very good! I liked having the serial (and not having to wait for the three parts), but I recommend the book in general. It's very cheap too!

The Enforcer by HelenKay Dimon

I liked The Fixer, and I'm really looking forward to reading this new book. I love HelenKay's books!


Update on life and academics -- remember that really big exam I've big studying for, over the last five weeks or so? I'll be taking it on Wednesday. I'm so sorry for the lack of comments and slowness of replies - with memes days (Wednesdays and Saturdays), I've kept up-to-date. I'll do my best this weekend. But with all other posts, I'll get 100% caught up on Wednesday evening. I'm so ready for this exam to be over (and hopefully I pass)!

    Well at least the exam is almost over! Obviously studies need to come before blogging, so just take your time! The grades are obviously more important!

      Almost! This one is sort of unrelated to my academics at JHU (it's like the SATs, or the MCAT, or boards), but just as important. Not for a grade, you know what I mean?

    I can't wait to find out what you think of Letters to the Lost. Brigid Kemmerer is one of my favorite authors ever. I've read all her books so far. I'm hoping this one will be as amazing as her others have been. :D

    I'm reading Letters to the Lost right now and I absolutely LOVE it. I love Brigid's writing and she's at her best here.

    Hate exam period can't read or do anything properly lol. At least they're getting over so all the best for them! I like the cover and title of Letter to the Lost! Will check it out. Thanks for sharing!

      Lucky -- girl, I bought it! It was only $12 on Walmart.com, tax included. They had free shipping for the book too. It felt like a steal!

      And I've already read it - lucky me there, I suppose. It was AWESOME!

    I didn't know Brigid Kemmerer (read some of her paranormal YA) was doing a new book. Hope its a good one!

      Her Elemental series was great, right? I liked her contemporary novel with Kensington but I think this one will be her best.
