I usually watch a movie with my friends, but this year I am going to a speed dating event.
ReplyDeleteI don't really do anything for Valentine's day. I've never had a boyfriend so I haven't had to worry about doing something with a boyfriend and for the most part the day kind of passes unnoticed :/ Today though I think I'll be baking a cake for my sister's birthday party so that's kind of special :) Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteNo plans. Probably just spend it quietly with my hubby after kids go to bed..
ReplyDeleteNothing, probably just staying home and watching movies as usual
ReplyDeleteGoing to movies with bunch of friends! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
I bought some balloons!
ReplyDeleteI think i'm going to see some films, like Austenland (amazing!) and i'm gonna finish Jane Eyre!
ReplyDeleteMovies, reading and cuddles with the dogs. I kinda just treat it like a regular day...never liked the idea of a guy/girl needing to treat one day of the year as a day you have to prove to someone you love them why can't they do that everyday? :)
ReplyDeleteI go to the movies or clubbing with my friends! Thank you for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI tend to just stay at home, read or watch tv/films. Thanks for the giveaway:)
ReplyDeleteI was super boring this year and didn't make any plans. I'm scheduled to work today, and then I volunteered to help my brother go clothes shopping for the afternoon. Pretty normal Saturday stuff. :)
ReplyDeleteThis year I'm taking the day to myself and I will spend it reading an ARC from an amazing series and I'll probably be watching some Outlander because JAMIE!! And I might indulge in some chocolate!
ReplyDeleteWe don't really do much for Valentine's Day. This year we're getting a takeaway and watching a film. We also gifted each other a bookaid donation to mark International Book Giving Day.
ReplyDeleteThis year my Boyfriend is moving to another country, so Valentine's Day is actually being really sad... We celebrated yesterday by going out for dinner to a Japanese restaurant.
ReplyDeleteSpent the day with family in a hotel. Ate great food, swam, just hung out and chilled, listened to music. It was a good day :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know yet! My boyfriend is now baking me something and I have a surprise dinner tonight... All this secrecy is killing me! AAAH!
ReplyDeleteI'm just staying at home with my bf, maybe watching a movie :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a lovely weekend. My husband and I think Valentine's Day is a stupid holiday created by gift card/jewelry companies. My baby child did get me a lovely heart pendant with mom engraved on it. I wish I had some of your brownies lol.
ReplyDelete❤️Britt
I'm lying sick in bed :(
ReplyDeleteI'm reading at the beach!
ReplyDeleteThis year I'm spending Valentine's Day at the cinema with Christian Grey!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI plan on catching up with my reading and reviewing and eating hot chocolate! XD TOO COLD FOR ICE CREAM! D: The reading isn't Valentine's Day related, it's because LONG WEEKEND! :D
ReplyDeleteSince I'm single I’m taking my boys to a movie and dinner.
ReplyDeleteThis year I'm babysitting lol. Lame I know, but I didn't want to do anything for Valentine's day this year and a friend of mine really wanted to go out with her man.
ReplyDeleteI always stay at home, and this year I spent the day stressing over my requirements for the job I'm applying for. *sigh**
ReplyDeleteSadly me and my hubby are skipping it today as we're off on holiday in a few weeks time and we're saving like mad for it but we will have a nice meal out while away to make for it...... saying that hubby did treat me to a cooked breakfast this morning which is rare and will suffice until then!
ReplyDeleteI'm single for the first time in forever so I'm ordering pizza and watching Netflix. Not in a sad way! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't want to be a buzzkill, but I have not celebrated this day since 1994. At least it's a Saturday.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I will be going out for supper to one of our favorite restaurants and have a nice quiet meal!!!
ReplyDeleteI've never done anything on Valentine's Day. Truth be told, I kind of despise it. We should be showing love to everyone, everyday. But that might be my sour puss face I'm showing. I've never had a Valentine so...But I do hope everyone does have the most fantastic day. Everyone should always be shown they are loved. Thank you for the giveaway. I love the books coming out this month. I'm so excited.
ReplyDeleteI did nothing this Valentines's day.
ReplyDeleteI didn't really do anything haha. We're quite a boring couple so we just watched tv ;)
ReplyDeleteThis year I spent the whole afternoon with my fiance's family and at night, we went to eat at Cafelados, which is a small cafe that is simply delicious. I had the Erato, which is a coffee frappe with chocolate chip ice cream, hazelnut and caramel :)
ReplyDeleteI just stayed home and watched TV.
ReplyDeleteWell, my husband works third shift and he had to work last night. So, tonight we are catching up on the DVR and having a normal, happy night at home. He did bring me home a really sweet card, and some candy though!! I just love him! I am a very lucky, very blessed girl! Thank you for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI'm single so I went shopping with my friend. We had a delicious lunch together then I went to work afterwards where I found cookies on my desk from a colleague. Pretty good Galentine's Day =D
ReplyDeleteAs hubby's BD is in a few days we tend to celebrate Valentine's Day and his BD

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I don't normally do anything but this year went out the night before.

ReplyDeleteGo out to dinner with my family and the day before went out with friends to see FSOG <3
ReplyDeleteThis is my mom's favorite holiday so she cooks raspberry chicken with potatoes, and vegetables and she gives us gifts!
ReplyDeleteAs a single lady, I didn't do much for Valentine's this year. Though when I was at the grocery store, I did laugh at all of the men standing in a circle around the flowers, arms folded, frowning thoughtfully.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby and I decided last minute to go out to eat - not the greatest idea in a small town on Vday...every restaurant was over a 2 hour wait! So, we ended up at a local pizza pub. :) Then we rented 2 movies to watch when we got home...except, when we arrived home, power was out (had horrible winds Saturday night)! Didn't get it back till close to lunch yesterday. Was still fun though! :)
ReplyDeleteDoing laundry, clean the house, engorge myself with ice cream.

This year I was studying and watched a movie before I went to bed.
ReplyDeleteUsually I stay at home, but this year I decided to go out with my friends and pretend it was a normal day...only all of my friends bailed at the last minute and only my BFF was left. We went out anyway and we were surrounded by couples everywhere, so the owner of the place thought we were together as a couple! We had to explain that we were just friends but he didn't believe it and it was so awkward that we skipped the dessert!
ReplyDeleteI would love a relaxing day- which I got! :D

ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend's birthday is actually on valentine's day! So I surprised him (this is our first year together) by asking his friends to come up for the weekend! It worked!!! He was close to tears because it had been a few months since he had seen his friends (they live a distance!) and he was so surprised. It was a really good Valentine's day. =) No presents, just spending it with each other and with friends was amazing.
ReplyDeleteI don't do anything.
ReplyDeleteI was visiting my mother and little brother in that weekend =)
