Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!
So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, December 10th to Saturday, December 16th?
(all links to Goodreads are provided!)
In the mail:
Grisha World pin
Thank you, HarperCollins and Jessica! The pin is a collector's one for the Grisha trilogy, which I got via trade. Sinless is unsolicited from the pub. Both are the only mail items I received this week!
From NetGalley:
Thank you, St. Martin's Griffin and Tor Teen! I actually got both of these a few weeks ago but completely forgot to add them to their appropriate STS post. I've read their predecessors and I'm excited to read both!

None this week! Whoops. :D
It was a busy week that flew by! I felt good about the work I did. Also, I saw #ManBunGuy on Thursday! It was uneventful but it was nice to see him. Today (Saturday), I'm going to see the new Star Wars movie! I cannot wait! Have you seen it yet? No spoilers!
Sightwitch loos good, and so does Meet Cute. And how appropriate ha ha since you saw MBG again huh?
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy the Star Wars movie, I saw it today.
Neat collectors pin. I still haven't tried the Jae-Jones series yet, but it looks good.
ReplyDeleteGreat set of books you have hear! I need to try the Jae Jones books!

Yay! Glad the pin arrived! I'm like the most paranoid mailer ever! Always wondering/hoping that any package or letter arrives in a timely matter! Lol!! Sinless looks like an interesting read! Cannot wait for Sightwitch either, but so so so devastated Bloodwitch is delayed! I was psyched for that book!
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!
Have a GREAT day!

Im dying to read Sinless, I featured it in a top ten list recently. I'm also dying to see Star Wars! Hopefully this weekend but I might wait for the lines to die down. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSinless and Sightwitch have amazing covers! I hope they will be great reads. :)
ReplyDeleteI thought I was requesting Sightwitch, but I guess I only qualified for a preview, because that's what downloaded. I was sad, but I read the excerpt because I don't want it affecting my percentage on NG. It was good. I really want to know how it all turns out.
ReplyDeleteNot heard of those books so happy reading! :)
ReplyDeleteAs usual shelf envy so many of these are on my wish list / pre-order list! I hope you love them! My Shelf
ReplyDeleteI probably won't be continuing with Shadowsong because the first book didn't really work for me, but I think I might forge ahead with Sightwitch, especially if it's the last book - do you know if it's a trilogy? I hope you enjoy your new books!

ReplyDeleteThe cover of Shadowsong is gorgeous! It makes me want to buy the book even though I haven't read any of the series lol Maybe I'll need to start? Also I love your ManBunGuy updates - they're always so much fun to read. I hope you enjoy your new books! Have a great week, Alyssa! :)
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy Shadowsong and Sightwitch!! I'm dying to start those series - I own Wintersong, but haven't got to it yet.
ReplyDeleteI've heard amazing things about the new Star Wars, so I hope you adore it! I'm not a big SW fan, but this movie looks so good I'm tempted to give it a shot :)
Have a great week, Alyssa!

Sightwitch and Shadowsong have such pretty covers! Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI just finished Meet Cute and it was cute! That first story was out of place though.
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a nice weekend! Nothing too much going on with me lately; just hoping to start feel better.

I liked the Forbidden Heir fine. I do want to read Shadowsong even though book one was just okay for me.
ReplyDeleteI have got to get cracking on that MJ Scott series, I've heard nothing but good things -- and I'm always griping that I need more solid fantasy romance in my life! Hooray for #ManBunGuy encounters, I always like hearing about those on twitter. Saw Star Wars yesterday and I reaaallly liked it!
