Stacking the Shelves (#148)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, October 18th to Saturday, October 24th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

I have a stack of mail at my parents' house, but unfortunately, I won't be going home this weekend. My parents will be coming here on Sunday, so I'll update the post on Sunday (or maybe I'll save everything for next week's STS post?). In any case, I'll post pictures on Twitter on Sunday evening for sure!

From Amazon:

I bought this book for three reasons:

1) Nereyda loved it.
2) It is on sale for $0.99!
3) I had nothing else going on in this post (I know, great reason).

Boring post, no? I have a ton of mail at home (okay four packages isn't a ton) but I won't be seeing any of it until Sunday evening. Sooo, to spice things up, here are happenings on the blog from this week!

Other posts from this week:

... This week was a busy week. And not just on the blog (although, JEEZ, that is a lot of posts for one week). How was everyone's week? :)

  1. I can't wait for you to show us what's in those packages. I'm betting some hot reads. The Hook Up looks like it will be quite entertaining.

Happy reading and have a great week. Not too busy, I hope.

  6. Ooh, nice! Packages waiting for you. I enjoyed The Hook Up when I got to review it. It took me a while to warm up to the heroine, but then I loved the story.

I got my package from a certain prize earlier this week, too. ;)

It seems like my weeks are always busy! I got a cold on Friday and have been out of commission until just now :( So, of course now I'm even further behind!

  15. OOOH packages! That must be SO hard to wait to get to. I would alternate between wanting them to open them via Skype or something, to begging them to not touch ;) And my goodness, you had quite the productive week! I am impressed :) Hope this one is just as good!

    1. HAHAHAHA! It really is though! My mom always asks me (on the phone), do you just want me to open them...? And I'm like NO NO NO NOT A CHANCE but at the same time, she knows how impatient I am when it comes to book mail!

      Thank you, Shannon!
