Stacking the Shelves (#195)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, September 11th to Saturday, September 17th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

I actually got this last week but forgot to feature it in last week's haul post. Thank you, Little Brown! I don't know much about this book but I am definitely interested. =)

UPDATED!

Both came unsolicited from Tor! I loved Metaltown but I hadn't heard of The Family Plot. Thank you, Tor. =)

Unsolicited from HMH - thank you! I like Twizzlers. :D

Unsolicited from Penguin Teen - thank you!

For the blog tour - thank you!

A signed poster from the A Torch Against the Night tour

Thank you, Melissa! She was very kind and got an extra at her local tour stop of Sabaa Tahir's tour. We worked out a great trade!

A Torch Against the Night preorder tote bag

Yay! Thank you, Penguin Teen (and Jaime)!

From NetGalley:

YES! I love this author and series! Thank you, Entangled. =)

Unfortunately, we've reached that time of the year when I post irregular hauls. I'm going home tonight (Saturday night) and will post pictures of the goods waiting for me (apparently there is quite a bit). Yay for being on uni time!

    2. The new cover is gorgeous! I was confused because I didn't know if it was the same book, but I'm definitely loving the new cover more. I wonder why they made the change, but totally approve.

    3. Agreed! The changes aren't *too* different in terms of theme, but different enough for you to wonder why... in any case, I'm glad they did the changes before the book published. ;)

    4. I totally forgot to check this post again last Saturday and just remembered so here I am! I had gotten Still Life As a Tornado a few weeks ago (I accidentally clicked on it on the SLJ teen convention thing, and it lead me straight to netgalley available to download so yeah.. not by choice haha but I'll be reading it soon). Omg that poster of AEitA!! And the tote bag! I sent my info in but I don't know if I'll get mine since I used my PR address and idk why this publishing company doesn't send ANYTHING to PR, not even pre-order incentives, but other pubs do it so idk what's their problem.

    5. Ooo! I hope you enjoy the book! And I really REALLY hope Penguin sends you the tote. Maybe it's taking a little bit longer since PR is a little bit farther? Crossing my fingers for you, Genesis!
