Stacking the Shelves (#94)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, October 5th to Saturday, October 11th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

Again, like last week, there won't be mail during this week or next week, since my parents are out of country. But judging from everyone else's book hauls... I'm hoping to have some of those amazing packages waiting for me next week!

From NetGalley:

I love Kerstin Gier's Ruby Red trilogy! I've seen some bloggers with ARCs of this one, but obviously I have no way of knowing if an ARC was sent to my house (see my note above).

I can't wait to see the pile of mail/packages at home! My parents are coming back to the States on Wednesday, and I'm going home Thursday night. We'll have to go to the Post Office to restart the mail flow, and grab all of the back-mail from the last two weeks!

And for those wondering - no new updates on that person and me figuring things out. Nothing has been figured out. Ha.

  3. OOh nice! I debated about requesting this one. But I think I'd rather try reading Ruby Red first, which I heard mixed things on. Mostly due to things being lost in translation or something like that! Hope you enjoy this one!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT day!

  4. I'm kinda hoping The Winner's Crime will be waiting for me at my parents next week when they get back also, but I doubt it. I didn't read the first one yet and I didn't request this one. LOL. Still, it'd be a cool surprise if it were. Hopefully you'll have lots of goodies waiting for you!

I've never read anything by Gier before, but I think I remember you raving about Ruby Red! I'll have to check them out... sometime. LOL.

    1. Haha awww, perhaps! I know for me, I requested it, so that *should* mean a green light for an ARC? You never know.

I love Gier's books! She's fabulous, her Ruby Red series is fabulous.
