Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!
So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, May 25th to Saturday, May 31st?
(all links to Goodreads are provided!)
In the mail:
I'll have a huge giveaway on my blog on Thursday, for these books! Be sure to stop by on Thursday :D

I'm interested in this book! Although it reminds me of The Selection, which I didn't really like.
I'm curious about this one, because so many other people are really excited about it!
THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR MY EXCITEMENT!! :D
Sounds good to me! And the cover is gorgeous!

DeleteThe Jewel is one of those books that are stunning but I have some reservations about them, exactly for the very same reason that you do!
ReplyDeleteYAY for books! Happy reading, Alyssa!
Right, exactly! But I'm going to read it. *crosses fingers*
DeleteThank you!
I've thought that the cover of The Jewel looks like The Selection books for ages, it was a strange choice. Hope you enjoy all your books! :D

DeleteI'm so happy to see that you got Stitching Snow! Hopefully, it's as good as you want it to be. I'm so excited for Falling into Place and The Jewel. Those are ones I'll probably be getting soon as well. :) Enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kaitlin! I'm pretty excited about Stitching Snow. I don't care as much about Falling into Place and The Jewel, but it's the excitement of people like you that made me download the two! :D
DeleteThe Jewel is very high on my list for this year! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteOoh, WINGS!! I still have to read the second book, but I LOVED BLACK CITY! I hope to read PHOENIX before WINGS release soon! I got a lot of those eBooks this week also! It's hard to decide which one to read first...lol! :)
ReplyDeleteHere's my STS:

You should definitely finish the series! I loved Wings - I loved all three books. And I usually read in chronological order, takes out the guesswork and indecision!
DeleteAwesome haul! I can't wait for The Jewel; I actually adored The Selection, though I haven't read the rest of the books yet because I haven't gotten around to buying them since they had been released. I hope you enjoy your books. :)
ReplyDeleteKrystianna @ Downright Dystopian

ReplyDeleteIt was awesome! I hope you love it as well, Brandi!
DeleteWow. I'm familiar with a lot of these authors, but not the books themselves. (The covers are fantastic though.) Looks like you got an awesome haul! Thanks for sharing. :) Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteAmelia | The Authoress
The covers are beautiful! Go request! :D Thank you!
DeleteThe cover for The Jewel and A Thousand Pieces of You are so pretty! Stitching Snow sounds like an awesome retelling. Enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteJennifer @ Some Like It Paranormal
I agree! And I can't control myself when it comes to a good retelling. You're welcome!
DeleteYou had more self control than I did on the Harper books! :) I don't know if I know Rules of Summer but gosh I love happy summer books! I think I'm going to stock up on them for when I go on vacation. I'm on the Magnolia blog tour too but haven't gotten approved! Might have to email someone... Blerg.
ReplyDeleteHugs Alyssa!
Ha! I have to, otherwise I'll drown in books O_O Happy summer books is exactly what I needed. And I went and requested Magnolia on my own, I don't think the tour hosts have gotten the publicists to approve the eARCs for everyone yet :o I'm not sure though. Emailing is a good idea!
