Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!
So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, February 9th to Saturday, February 15th?
(all links to Goodreads are provided!)
In the mail:
I won the newsletter giveaway - cool! Thank you, C.J.!
From Edelweiss:
I'm officially on the blog tour for this one, so I figured that downloading the review copy would be a smart idea ;D
I SO cannot wait to read this one! I feel like I've been waiting to read it for like, FOREVER.
I actually don't know much about this book, but I'm curious.
Shallow of me, yes, but the cover is the only reason why I decided to get this book. I'm not familiar with the author or the book. But I suppose I will be!
I LOVED the first book! I cannot wait to dig into this sequel.
After a week of books like LAST WEEK, I definitely expected a tamer week this week. Although, Simon and Schuster saved me with those last four Edelweiss books. Also, I didn't go home this weekend, so who knows what I have at home. I'm so not complaining though - this week kicked my butt. Like, seriously. I went insane and back and then some. Thank goodness we had Thursday and Friday off (snow days). I NEEDED THEM.
Anyway. How are you all? Tell me all about your week :)
Wow! Nice haul! And yay for a win! Love swag and bags are awesome! They can carry books when you go to signings and stuff! Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteMy STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!

DeleteA good book can make a crazy week better, can't it? :) I hope you're getting to relax a bit this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI certainly agree! And I can't relax due to schoolwork, but I get what you mean!
DeleteThose books have such beautiful covers! I still need to read Linked before I read Unravel, but those covers are so gorgeous I wouldn't mind having them on my shelf just for the heck of it ;) And I love how the Falls in the Shadow has a double face on the cover. Happy reading, Alyssa! <33
ReplyDeleteI am with you there! I hope you read Linked - I loved it so much, to my surprise. And YES, the covers would make any bookshelf gorgeous!

DeleteOh I requested Dissonance! I hope I get it! And yay for Unravel! I still need to read Imogen's first book. I hesitated on Sublime, just because I already have so many books as it is. And yay for that Defiance tote! Enjoy your new reads Alyssa! Let me know how Prisoner is! :D
ReplyDeleteGood luck! And I really hope you do read Linked, Jess, because it was so good. It's definitely under-appreciated. I know what you mean about Sublime - I personally could not help myself.
DeleteThank you!!

ReplyDeleteSublime. Woah at that cover. I would've gotten it just for that too! I want it and I have no idea what it's about!!
I hope your week is wonderful and that your stress makes you infinitely productive--or that you don't have a reason to stress! Whichever one makes you happier. :)
I sort of did... the snow days gave me even more opportunities to study for an upcoming midterm, which I took. And studied. A LOT.
DeleteAnd YAY congrats! That's awesome! And I love the cover of Sublime as well.
Thank you, Rachel! The stress is definitely keeping me motivated... and awake, unfortunately. I wish I didn't have any! lol
