Stacking the Shelves (#282)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, May 13th to Saturday, May `9th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

Phew! That was a lot. All of them were unsolicited except Zodiac, which I received via trade. I just love that original cover. Thank you, Mia, and all the publishers! (Penguin Random House, Berkley, Harper, HMH Teen, and Simon & Schuster)

From Edelweiss:

I downloaded Ace of Hearts on a whim and really enjoyed the book! Then I downloaded Knuckle Down and liked it though not as much as the first book. And then Going Rogue appeared on Edelweiss later this week! I love the timing. I'm reading it soon!

None this week!

It rained and rained and rained this week! The weather has really brought morale down and I'm over it. Isn't it amazing how weather can affect your moods?

  1. I hope you enjoy your new books! All of these books are new to me, though Zodiac looks really familiar for some reason. Is it a sequel to something?

  2. Whoa, yes! That's a huge stack.

Neat how you started the series and the other books just came out right when you were ready for them.

  3. It's been raining a lot where I live too, and I feel the same way you do about it. It's so incredibly soul crushing to have one really nice day and the next day be a complete washout. Anyhow, great books this week! I've read The Kiss Quotient and really enjoyed it. I've been curious about Chemistry Lessons. Plus the cover of it is beyond adorable. Have a great week! :)

  4. Oh nice new reads! Basically all new to me ones!

I have to admit, I love a nice rainy day! Especially if I can stay home and read! Lol. Though I can't remember the last time that happened since I'm always at work on those days.

Hope you enjoy all your new reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

  5. Out of these I've only read We Were Liars. I didn't think it was the best book ever but it kept me hooked and the ending was really unexpected!

    Happy Reading! ♥

  9. Ooh Zodiac looks good. And yes weather DOES affect moods! So weird but true. It rained a ton here last night, all night, I thought we were going to float away! But today is nicer... sorta.

  10. It's not raining right this second, and it's some sort of miracle. I still am trying hard to remember what the sun looks like. Great haul! I have my eye on Chemistry Lessons. I have seen mixed things, but still staying optimistic.

  16. Yeah, gloomy weather definitely affects your mood. I had a bit of rain over the weekend but it came and went. I think nicer weather is on the horizon though!!
