Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!
So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, February 25th to Saturday, March 3rd?
(all links to Goodreads are provided!)
In the mail:
Ah! Thank you so much, Random House and Rockstar Book Tours! I can't wait to read this conclusion novel. I might need to reread Illuminae and Gemina first though!
My latest BookOutlet order! I shop on BookOutlet's site maybe four times a year, and I tried to make this one count. I paid $13, shipping included. I've read three of these and I'm excited to read/reread them all. Specifically, I cannot recommend Heartstone enough.
Hardcover copies of Emergency Contact by Mary H.K. Choi, and goodies
This is so cool! I get to give away one of the hardcover copies - stay tuned for that giveaway! Thank you, Simon Teen and BHM!

It felt like a long week but towards the end, it zipped by! I had a lot going on at work but I also had some great workouts at the gym. And I've been cleaning and getting things in order, so I'm feeling much more organized in different areas of my life. Call it early spring cleaning! :D
I've got Obsidio on pre-order. Oh, I love Book Outlet, too. Nice haul.
ReplyDeleteHave a relaxing weekend, Alyssa!
OOh nice!! I cannot wait to read Obsidio!! Especially since the authors are coming to my city this month!! So excited!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
So much epic up there. I have total book envy even though I don't like to read physical books. One more week until I get my hands on Obsidio, and I am going to an event for that one, which is exciting. The Emergency Contact box is awesome. It's like a dream of mine to someday get one of those.
ReplyDeleteOBSIDIO!!! I can't wait to get my hands on that, myself. I'm super excited to read it. :D
ReplyDeleteYay for Obsidio!!!! Can't wait to read that one... :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of Heartstone before. I'll have to look into it. I just finished Illuminae a week or so ago, and it was good. Not sure when I'll get to the other books in the series, though. Hope you enjoy Obsidio!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Shell's Stories!
Grats on scoring a copy of Obsidio! I got an audio edition for review this week, which I'm really excited for (the audiobooks for this series are REALLY well done, just like listening to a movie in your mind) and I juts got started it today :D

Obsidio! I’m so excited to read that one. I have to stay far away from Book Outlet. I get way too many books there.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!

Amazing haul! I hope you will enjoy these.
ReplyDeleteI would love to read Honor Among Thieves! I hope you enjoy all your new lovelys! I am riding out the storm that took out our power at a friends. So surreal looking at all the downed trees and power lines cut in half. They say we won't have power to our area till Wednesday!! Have a good Sunday!

Omg Obsidio. I am so behind. Still have to pick up Gemina. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteFantastic haul! I really want to read Obsidio and Heartstone! Can't wait to hear your thoughts about them! Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteBook Outlet is the best! Always manage to find great stuff there. And Heart Stone looks really great and right up my alley. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteYou did really good with your Book Outlet order. You can't beat that pile of books for $13. I just ordered Obsidio and the rest of the trilogy. The authors are coming to my hometown in a couple of weeks and I am excited. Have a great week and enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteI need to check out Book Outlet, I don't think I've heard of them before. I liked Honor Among Thieves and Emergency Contact looks really good. Hope you enjoy your week and your books.
ReplyDeleteThat Emergency Contact box is awesome! I actually read Emergency Contact this past Friday. It took me a while to get into it, but I ended up really enjoying it by the end. I'll be curious to hear your thoughts. Yay for Two Way Street! That's one of my favorite older contemporaries. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteAwesome socks. I'll have to grab a copy of Obsidio because even though I've not read the first two, I do own them. I was convinced it was a series I had to have in physical form. Hope you had a great week.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great week! I'm so jealous you have Obsidio! I do hope to re-read the first two though.
