Stacking the Shelves (#255)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, in which bloggers share the books and swag they've received in the past week!

So, what did I get in the week of Sunday, November 5th to Saturday, November 11th?

(all links to Goodreads are provided!)

In the mail:

Phew! That was a lot. Some of these are new to me, and some of them I have been dying to read. I'm hoping to review at least half of these (just being realistic) so stay tuned!

Thank you, Becky! I'm so excited to read The Defiant. The Midnight Star is for my collection!

Thank you, Harper Perennial, Avon, Harper Design, and Berkley! All finished review copies which is cool. The Faerie Handbook is simply gorgeous!

Super neat swag, including a tote bag, water bottle, and pencil

Ah! Huge thanks to Disney and BHM for the goodies. This was a lovely surprise!

My preorders! They're finally here. I still need to read Noah Shaw but I loved The Knowing!

Life has been pretty good this week! It was really cold towards the end of the week, but I actually don't mind it. I have a new coat that I've finally gotten the chance to wear. :D On Friday at work, we had a chili & dessert bake-off. I made a chocolate cappuccino cheesecake. I won second place in "Best Overall" and first place in "Most Creative Name/Sign"! I called it "Chococcino". It was quite tasty (in my opinion).

Alsooooooo, if anyone wants to follow my #ManBunGuy story... there have been two "installments" so far. :D

    1. YAAAAASSSS! I'm glad to hear it! I am a hopeless romantic myself, and honestly this has been a dreamy experience so far. My actual dream is to meet my future husband on the metro and have this metro-based romance. SO. :D :D :D :D

I love man buns! Is that weird! The hairstyle TOTALLY works for this guy. I SO want to touch his hair!

  17. Oh man, you mailbox is always exploding with awesomeosity :) I have to say, I am jealous, if only in a very positive way :)
Your grabs look good. The Queen's Rising looks particularly interesting! And that Faerie tote :) and woah, do you actually have hair that long? Absolutely beatiful! Mine doesn't go past my shoulderblades, like, at all :p

    1. Seriously! This coming week, I probably won't get anything!

My hair is indeed that long! Sometimes it can be a serious mess. Most people remember years later even if they only saw me once, because of my hair!
